KETO FRIENDLY EGGNOG EGG-FREE ALTERNATIVE

Ingredients
Makes 2 mugs.
- Himalayan Black Salt (this is what will impart that 'egg' quality.)
- Milk or milk alternative 500g.
- Cinnamon 2g.
- Allspice 1g.
- Nutmeg 1g.
- Ginger 2g.
- Sweetener of choice.
Method
Prep
1. If not using powdered spices, grind or chop them as necessary.
2. Combine in a bowl (this will stop steam mucking up the insides of your herb/spice containers.)
3. Add Black Salt to the mix.
The Drink
1. Bring the milk to a boil. Kill the heat.
2. Add the mix to the milk, and stir gently.
3. Allow to rest for 1 minute.
4. Pour generous portions into a mug.
